Alpha Data Private Branch Exchange (PBX) is an evolution of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology. The PBX provides a cheap, reliable, cloud-based platform for enterprise voice communication.
The multi-tenant PBX uses the internet to interlink telephone devices. This allows team members in different locations to communicate by dialing a four-digit extension number from their desk or soft phones. A soft phone is an app in a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
Optional connection to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) is achieved through Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunks and Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers. A DID number is a land or mobile phone number provisioned by the PSTN. Calls made to the PSTN are billed per second.
The service is pre-paid subscription. The minimum number of extensions is five. There are four subscription plans: Free, Basic, Standard, Ultimate. Free plan is for 30 days.
Subscription can be renewed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
Our White Label (Reseller) program allows you to brand and market the PBX platform as your own. Specifically, you use your own logo, URL and contact information. Outside of the platform, you set your own prices and use your method to collect payments directly from your customers.
You would have access to a web portal that has been branded in your identity to provision and pay for the PBX services.
Your customer would also have access to the dashboard of the branded web portal to configure telephone devices and features.
